Starting a Business in Newcastle and Gateshead

This list cannot claim to be exhaustive but I will include anything which exists on a regular basis within the Tyne and Wear Area either in terms of breakfast clubs, networking organisations,local interest groups etc.

There is one organisation I can recommend from previous experience as I have met the people who run it on several occasions, and that is the business networking breakfast organisation BRE - Business Referral Exchange.

The organisation in the north east is coordinated from Birtley by Marc Gordon who I met at an event in Darlington a couple of years ago.

I can also recommend the online business network ecademy.com from personal experience as I was a member for several years in the middle of the decade and may return at some point as an active member. Other priorities have taken over at the moment and I'm using many of the skills I learned at ecademy and the habits formed by the system to build up my hubpage revenue.
